Me time

This week, I am coming off of showing at Surtex and visiting New York City. After all the build up of working towards something, "me time" is felt so deeply it's hard to ignore it. If you can't get a lot of time for yourself today, try to achieve it in small ways like... taking a walk, smell some flowers, look up at the sky, watch the trees sway, take a little bit longer in the shower, take the long way home, wear your hair differently, dress in something that makes you feel good, feel the sensations in your body, eat something really tasty, or people watch. I'm encouraging time for yourself today and I would love for you to share it below!
