I've been super busy lately so I've been focusing on being mindful. Being mindful, not in a holding back kind of way or judging way; but just simply noticing and being aware. Things like what I'm reading, what I'm listening to, the thoughts I'm thinking, people I'm hanging with, taking breaks when I need to, eating nourishing foods and getting ample sleep... Sometimes you just can't be on track with everything but just being aware of yourself helps you understand the choices you make and how they lead to how you feel. So take some time to be aware today and take care of you.
