Animal Totem for Today

Recently I participated in a drawing rally where you donate drawings, as many as you can in an hour to a worthy cause. I didn’t quite get this alpaca one I dreamed up in a thumbnail so I made it into a full piece. (You can catch the process video on my instagram – I’ve been enjoying making those!) So today’s animal totem is the Alpaca. They symbolize aspiring to great things, divine gifts, being full of wonder, interdependence, to be giving and use only what is needed. They also mean that what you dream can be realized. Not only are they cute and fuzzy looking but they make a humming sound that is really pleasant to hear.
